Sarah is a seasoned strategy and finance executive with deep expertise in talent platforms and the gig economy. As employee #1 and now Managing Director of Allied Talent Partners, she has developed a scalable blueprint uniquely designed to serve Africa and its climate ecosystem. She is committed to expanding the firm’s talent pool, team, and client base, and is passionate about the transformative impact the future of work can have across the continent.

Before joining ATP, Sarah played a pivotal role in the growth of Business Talent Group (BTG), a leading marketplace that connects Fortune 1000 companies with on-demand consultants, experts, and executives for project-based work. During her tenure, she successfully guided the company through multiple financing rounds and ultimately oversaw its acquisition by Heidrick & Struggles.

Earlier in her career, Sarah held strategy and finance roles at Deloitte Consulting, Alstom Transmission & Distribution, Pan-European investor Venturepark, and Credit Lyonnais. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School.

Sarah is particularly focused on proving how adaptive workforce strategies can accelerate both project delivery and skills development across emerging markets. Under her leadership, ATP continues to demonstrate that strategic talent deployment is key to achieving climate goals while fostering equitable economic growth
