Director and Senior Advisor
Mimi brings nearly 30 years of international finance, development, and diplomacy experience to ATP, with a focus on advancing equitable talent solutions for Africa’s energy and infrastructure sectors. As both a Director and Senior Advisor, she guides ATP’s strategy in connecting top-tier professionals with high-impact climate and development projects across emerging markets.
Concurrently serving as Senior Advisor at Three Cairns Group (3CG), Mimi contributes to the organization's mission of advancing climate solutions in developing economies. This dual perspective uniquely positions her to align ATP's talent marketplace with the most pressing sustainability challenges.
Beyond ATP and 3CG, Mimi serves as Managing Partner at Semai Ventures and holds leadership roles including Board Director for the ONE Campaign (Audit Committee Chair) and Climate Real Impact Solutions. Her career spans pivotal positions at the World Health Organization, OPIC, The Blackstone Group, and the U.S. African Development Foundation, where she honed her ability to bridge public-private divides.
Mimi holds a BA from West Texas A&M University and a Master’s in International Business and Development from Tufts University. She is driven by the belief that by supporting communities in developing economies, we can find equitable and effective solutions for climate change.
