Jody Greenstone Miller is a visionary leader in the future of work and entrepreneurship. As co-founder and former CEO of Business Talent Group (BTG), she pioneered the on-demand talent market, building the leading platform for top independent executives and consultants. Under her leadership, BTG served 50% of the Fortune 100, earned recognition on Inc. 5000 and Forbes’ “Most Promising Companies” lists, and was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2021. Named one of Fortune’s “Most Promising Women Entrepreneurs” and an EY “Entrepreneurial Winning Woman,” Jody is a sought-after voice featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Harvard Business Review.

Her diverse career spans venture capital (Maveron), media (as COO of Disney’s Americast joint venture), and public service (as Special Assistant to President Clinton). Today, she serves on corporate boards including LKQ (NASDAQ) and Howmet Aerospace (NYSE), and advises the Drucker Institute.
