With twenty years of expertise in financial management, Fareeda serves as the Treasurer of Allied Talent Partners, where she oversees all fiscal operations to support ATP's mission of connecting global professionals with Africa's energy transition projects. Her strategic financial leadership ensures ATP maintains both operational excellence and sustainable growth as the organization scales its impact.

In her parallel role as Managing Director of Finance at Three Cairns Group, Fareeda develops the financial infrastructure that powers both organizations' climate initiatives. She brings extensive experience from her tenure as a Manager in Ernst & Young's Asset Management practice across Singapore and New York, followed by six years as Fund Controller at Reservoir Capital Group. These roles shaped her specialization in creating efficient financial systems, optimizing cross-border operations, and implementing robust reporting frameworks for mission-driven organizations.

A University of Chicago economics graduate, Fareeda is particularly committed to applying her financial acumen to advance ATP's dual goals of creating economic opportunities across Africa while delivering climate solutions through strategic talent deployment. She believes meticulous financial stewardship is essential for transforming ATP's vision into lasting impact.
