Emma plays a pivotal role as an advisor at ATP. Based in Johannesburg, she leverages her expertise in economic development and sustainability to strengthen ATP's partnerships across the continent while advising on strategic growth opportunities.

Her dual role as Project Advisor for Three Cairns Group's initiatives - including ATP and Allied Climate Partners (ACP) - allows her to align human capital strategies with impactful climate investments in emerging markets. Emma brings hands-on experience from her work at The Global Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) and McKinsey & Company, where she advanced clean energy and sustainability solutions.

With a unique background spanning global health (including vaccine development) and climate action, Emma holds a Business Science degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town and an MS in Global Health and Development from University College London. She is particularly passionate about using ATP's platform to address systemic inequities, empower women and youth professionals, and build local capacity for Africa's energy transition.
